Come talk with others who have experienced domestic violence in an open, understanding, and supportive environment. We will use art as a way to open up.

This is a group for clients who are looking for work or want to change jobs or careers. Facilitated by an HR professional, the group will focus in on specific needs of the group members as it relates to employment using a combination of emotional support and practical tools for your job search!

Parenting When There is Conflict at Home

A multi-session workshop that addresses parenting when there is violence at home. Topics include safety planning, self-care, finding resources, child development, creating a nurturing environment, communication and financial planning.

A recovery program based on flexibility and openness, using a holistic approach to overcoming addiction that views people in their wholeness—body, mind, and spirit. Based on the work of Charlotte Kasl.

Breaking The Silence: Healing from Sexual Violence Through Art Therapy

Breaking the Silence is an art therapy group focused on healing from sexual violence. This group is structured as drop-in and is led by an MSW student and an art therapist from the community.
